Now, 40 years later, and the world trembles at the sound of an ancient evil, risen from the ashes like a phoenix...The Sin Brotherhood--the centuries-old secret society believed to be behind the creation of the Hashashin, the Mafia, the Chinese Tongs, the Nazis. Rasputin was thought to have been a member, as was Jack the Ripper...and across the centuries, all have pledged allegiance to the apparently immortal head of the Brotherhood, the brilliant evil mastermind, Sin Tsung-Chi. After 4 decades of silence....40 years where we allowed ourselves to forget that such evil could exist, The Sin Brotherhood has returned...to a world without heroes.
However...the heroic impulse never truly died. All over the world, the same spirit that drove the mystery men in the early part of the century, which many had thought gone for good, resurfaced. Heroes began to emerge. Two-fisted scientists and daredevil truckers, rock-n-roll detectives and masked vigilantes...unorthodox men and women, to combat unorthodox threats, for with the return of the Sin Brotherhood, it was as if the floodgates opened, and the world was suddenly awash in the bizarre. Alien infiltrations, lost tropical islands filled with prehistoric monsters, strange unexplained crimes, twisted mad scientists and dimensional accidents--the world needed new heroes.
Larger-than-life heroes for the Video Age.
Heroes of the New Wave.

(Hey, whaddaya want, it rhymes.)
That's the game I'm developing right now -- the first non-d20 project from Adamant Entertainment since UnderWorld (and, really, since I took UW with me when I left Synister Creative Systems to start up Adamant, I guess this makes HNW our true first non-d20 project, period).
Basically, think Doc Savage meets Thomas Dolby. Or Big Trouble in Little China meets Streets of Fire meets The Goonies meets Buckaroo Banzai meets Knight Rider meets Remo Williams meets Airwolf meets Ghostbusters meets Magnum P.I. meets....well, you see what I'm getting at here.
1980s neo-pulp, with an original rules system. Stay tuned, Kats and Kittens.
